1. 적용 범위

이 방침은 threat-intel-bot(이하 "앱")이 운영자 소유의 전용 Gmail 계정에 접근해 데이터를 처리하는 방식을 설명합니다. 앱은 운영자 본인의 계정에만 연결되며, 다른 사용자의 Google 계정에는 접근하지 않습니다.

2. 접근하는 Google 데이터

앱은 Gmail 읽기 전용 권한(gmail.readonly)만 요청합니다. 이 권한으로 위협 정보 알림용 라벨이 붙은 메일의 발신자, 수신 시각, 제목, 본문, 메일 인증 결과 헤더를 읽습니다. 앱은 메일을 보내거나, 수정하거나, 삭제할 수 없습니다.

3. 이용 목적

• 지정된 위협 정보 제공처에서 온 메일인지 확인
• 메일 본문에 포함된 IP 주소 등 위협 지표 추출
• 추출한 지표의 조사와 내부 보고서 작성

위 목적 외에는 이용하지 않으며, 광고나 마케팅에 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 전달

보고서를 만들기 위해 다음 정보를 아래 서비스로 전달합니다. 데이터를 판매하지 않습니다.

• IP 조회 서비스(WHOIS·RDAP, IP 위치 정보, IP 평판 조회 서비스): 추출한 IP 주소만 전달합니다.
• Anthropic(Claude): 보고서 요약과 위험도 판단을 위해 IP 주소, 조회 결과, 위협 정보의 필요한 부분을 전달합니다.
• 내부 보고 수신자: 완성된 보고서를 운영자가 지정한 내부 담당자에게 보냅니다.

Google 사용자 데이터는 범용 인공지능·머신러닝 모델의 개발, 개선, 학습에 사용하지 않으며, 그런 목적으로 사용되지 않도록 설정한 서비스로만 전달합니다.

5. 보관과 파기

처리한 메일의 식별자, 추출한 지표, 조회 결과, 보고서, 처리 기록은 운영자의 컴퓨터에만 저장합니다. 이 기록은 90일이 지나면 삭제합니다. Gmail 접근 토큰은 운영자의 컴퓨터에 저장되며, 운영자는 Google 계정 설정에서 언제든 앱의 접근 권한을 해제할 수 있습니다.

6. 보안

인증 정보와 처리 기록은 운영자만 접근할 수 있는 폴더에 저장하며, 외부와 통신할 때는 암호화된 연결(HTTPS)을 사용합니다.

7. Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책 준수

앱이 Google API에서 받은 정보를 사용하고 다른 앱으로 전달하는 방식은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 준수합니다.

Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how threat-intel-bot (the "App") accesses and processes data in a dedicated Gmail account owned by the operator. The App connects only to the operator's own account and does not access any other user's Google account.

2. Google data accessed

The App requests only the Gmail read-only scope (gmail.readonly). It reads the sender, received time, subject, body, and email authentication result headers of messages carrying the threat intelligence notification label. The App cannot send, modify, or delete email.

3. How the data is used

• To confirm that a message comes from a designated threat intelligence provider
• To extract threat indicators, such as IP addresses, from the message body
• To investigate those indicators and write internal reports

The data is used for no other purpose and is never used for advertising or marketing.

4. Sharing with third parties

To produce reports, the App sends the following information to the services below. The App does not sell data.

• IP lookup services (WHOIS/RDAP, IP geolocation, IP reputation services): only the extracted IP addresses.
• Anthropic (Claude): IP addresses, lookup results, and the necessary parts of the threat information, to summarize findings and assess risk.
• Internal report recipients: completed reports are sent to internal staff designated by the operator.

Google user data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and it is shared only with services configured so that it is not used for that purpose.

5. Retention and deletion

Identifiers of processed messages, extracted indicators, lookup results, reports, and processing logs are stored only on the operator's computer and are deleted after 90 days. The Gmail access token is stored on the operator's computer, and the operator can revoke the App's access at any time from Google Account settings.

6. Security

Credentials and processing records are stored in a folder accessible only to the operator, and all external communication uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Changes and contact
